PHA seeks Human Capital Director

Prospect Hill Academy seeks an entrepreneurial Human Capital Director to lead the human capital function that effectively attracts, develops, and retains the talent needed to achieve the school’s ambitious strategic priorities and goals. The Human Capital Director will be responsible for revisioning, augmenting, and improving the existing human capital infrastructure and processes into a model of Best Practice in the field.

As a member of the K-12 leadership team, the Human Capital Director will be an entrepreneurial leader who can seamlessly pivot between vision and strategy and implementation and operations, to bolster the overall quality and coherence of the employee experience at a well-established Charter School with an exceptional track record of achieving results for students.
