You may download the application and mail or fax it to the Admissions Department. If you need an application mailed or emailed to you, please email your name, address, and number of applications (1 application per child) you require to vellis@prospecthillacademy.org. You may also call and leave this information at 617-284-7911.
We are accepting applications for the 2010-2011 academic year through December 31, 2010. Applicants will be put on the wait list. If a space becomes available, you will be contacted directly.
*For Kindergarten applicants, your child must be 5 years-old by August 31, 2010 to be considered for admission.
