2010-2011 Religious Observances Calendar
Religious Observance Policy: Prospect Hill Academy Charter School students who miss school due to a religious observance will be recorded in the attendance ledger with an excused absence. Please see the attached calendar for additional information.

PHA Dress Code/Uniform Update
As you know by now, Prospect Hill Academy has partnered with Collegiate House School Uniform Company in Everett, MA (1935 Revere Beach Parkway) to provide PHA families with the required dress clothes apparel. Families who ordered their clothing for the 2010-2011 school year as encouraged by August 1 will have received their items in time for the start of school. Those who did not, however, should still order the dress code clothing as soon as possible, but if it does not arrive by September 7, students will be permitted to wear plain navy blue polo shirts or t-shirts, along with khaki pants, until they have the uniform clothing in hand.

At Prospect Hill Academy, we know that it is important for our students to continue to exercise their brains during the summer and therefore expect them to engage in meaningful summer reading prior to returning to school in September. 2010-2011 PHA School Calendar
Attached is the 2010-2011 Prospect Hill Academy Charter School Calendar, approved by the Board of Trustees at the meeting on March 11, 2010. Please note that unlike the 2009-2010 school year, students will be returning to school after Labor Day in September of 2010.
